Kali Gandaki River rafting is the package that you must select if you are looking for best middle length river journey. Rafting in Kali Gandaki was recently permitted by the government. Thus it is the newly opened rafting river in Nepal.

Experience the thrill of sailing through more than 60 fast and medium length rapids in the journey of 60km river distance. Kali Gandaki is famous for the ammonites (Shaligram stones) that are easily available in the river bank. Sail through the deepest gorge in the world. Rapids in Kaligandaki are placed under Grade III and Grade IV categories. The check in point for Kali gandaki is at Newbridge of Kusma which is located 8hrs far from Kathmandu while it takes 3 hrs to reach Kusma from Pokhara.

We will cover 60km of river distance before arriving at Dam which is the check out point for raft in Kali Gandaki. Sail across sensational bending and rapids and pass through narrow gorges and waterfalls which offer views of dense jungle, Annapurna Mountain Range and villages of Chhetri and Magar communities.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport receive by our official representatives and transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Drive to Baglung via Pokhara
Leaving Kathmandu, we will follow scenic Prithvi Highway for 5 hrs to reach Pokhara where we will take lunch and continue further for another 3 hours through the dirt track to reach Baglung. We will pump the raft and sail through the Grade 4 rapids. Little Brother will be the first rapid that we will face. Later, we will sail through Big Brother rapid to the site with cascading waterfall where we will prepare our camp and stay overnight.

Day 03: Kali Gandaki Rafting
We will sail through the Rapids under Grade III and Grade IV categories like Rafter’s Refund and Oar Breaker. We can get the best views of Annapurna Mountain throughout the journey. We will set our camp at the riverbank which locates near to Seti Beni Village. We can go for exploration in this culturally rich village upon your interest.

Day 04: Rafting and back to Kathmandu
We will follow the river downstream and sail past the canyons to the check out point from where we will take about 8hrs of drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 05: Departure from Kathmandu 
You will be transferred to the international airport in Kathmandu from where you will catch a flight back to your home country.
